Only registered acts are allowed
to perform.
" All Performers & Festival
Buskers must report to the registration
desk upon arrival to receive performer
passes and final performer information,
including locations.
" Performer passes will only
be allocated to those listed on
the registration form. Failure to
wear a pass may result in the performer/s
being asked to leave.
" Performers & Festival
Buskers are only permitted in the
area designated to them. Roving
will not be allowed unless agreed
upon prior. If a performer moves
from the allocated area without
prior approval, you may be asked
to cease performing.
" All Performers & Festival
Buskers must perform in a safe way
and not endanger themselves, the
public or any property in the area.
" All Performers & Festival
Buskers must authorise Albury Central
& The Applause Festival to seek
appropriate medical attention in
the event that the participant is
injured
" The use of fire in any performance
is strictly prohibited as is the
use of any instrument deemed by
the festival organisers to be dangerous.
The decision of the Festival organisers
is final and no discussion will
be entered into.
" Performers & Festival
Buskers must not restrict the access
to shop doorways.
" All acts can register their
interest to perform on the Stage,
located in QEII Square.
" Due to programming restraints,
a ballot will be undertaken to determine
which performers will be allocated
a time slot to perform on the stage.
" Only acts registered to perform
on the Stage will have access to
power throughout the day
" Any act deemed to be inappropriate
will be asked to leave. The decision
of the Festival organisers is final
and no discussion will be entered
into.
" All Performers & Festival
Buskers are permitted to bring battery
operated cd players, portable amps
etc and must perform within acceptable
volume levels.
" Sound and/or performance
should not infringe on other nearby
acts. Failure to adhere to this
requirement may result in you being
asked to cease performing.
" The Festival Organisers have
the right to decline any act they
feel will impact on the overall
scheduling of the event.
" All acts must be respectful
of the audience at all times.
" All acts interested in performing
at Final Applause must indicate
their interest at the time of registration.
" Acts wishing to participate
at Final Applause will be viewed
during their festival busking performances
and up to 5 acts will be invited
to perform.
" Acts invited to perform at
Final Applause must be available
from 3.45pm - 6pm
" Power will be available for
all acts performing at the Final
Applause Concert
" All Retained/Semi Retained
Performers and Festival Buskers
or their guardians must read and
sign the Waiver and Release of Indemnity
" With the understanding that
reasonable care will be provided
by Albury Central Inc and the Applause
Festival, all buskers acknowledge
that participating in the Applause
Festival may involve risks and agree
to accept all such risks and dangers.
