    The organization dedicated to promoting
    and enhancing the Albury Central Business District.

    Albury Central plays an important role as a representative body for the large number of businesses operating in the heart of Albury’s CBD.

    Our promotional activities are designed to bring people into the Albury CBD to shop, eat out, attend appointments and utilise professional services.

    We offer a jam packed calendar of events for both our CBD traders and shoppers alike.

    Here’s a list of our keys events and activities;

  • Albury Central Traders Market Day, held on the Victorian Labour Day Holiday annually.
  • Emergency Services Day, held in QEII Square on the 3rd Saturday of April, annually.
  • Albury Central Applause Festival is the premier event on our calendar, and is held on the 3rd Saturday of October annually.
  • Christmas in the Heart retail promotion, held throughout November and December annually, and our Christmas Family Fun Day is held on the 1st Saturday of December.

    Albury Central donates to The Carevan
    Albury Central’s Applause Festival was held on Saturday 15th October 2011, and marked the Festival’s 10th Birthday.  The event was deemed a huge success by organisers with thousands of local residents turning out to join in the celebrations.
